Weaving

We have our own Shuttle Less Dobby & Jacquard Looms with Production Capacity of 100,000.00 Lbs per month. The plant is well equipped and sourced from various reputed European manufacturers. Under the observation of high qualified technical staff, the Cotton yarn comes from modernized spinning mill where yarn is tailor-made for terry towels weaving.

 


Dyeing

We have a complete dyeing solutions in house .We have installed the effluent treatment facilities to ensure that all wastage material is absolutely free from hazardous and toxic ingredients, computerized process of colors & shades matching. Our computerized controlled dyeing machines with a color kitchen ensure consistency and fastness of shades. The company has a policy to use only well reputed firm chemical's product for customer satisfaction.

 


Stitching

We have over 250 latest stitching machines from JUKI and PEGASUS. Stitching Operators are well trained to meet the most difficult cut and sew operations. Our stitching production capacity is 10,000 Lbs/ Day.


 


Textile lab

A well equipped and latest laboratory is always busy to testify and ensure the quality of fabric and finished goods. We believe that the success is based upon strictly enforced quality control. Here we check fabric meter by meter and piece to piece. Without Quality Checking not a single piece is allowed to be packed even shipped.
